A Reinterpretation of Nanuqsaurus hoglundi (Tyrannosauridae) from the Prince Creek Formation, Alaska

VERIFY:weight_max_kg: stored=1000 suggested=2000 confidence=medium — The original 500–900 kg figure was scaled from a 600–700 mm holotype skull of an immature individual, whereas the later reinterpretation scales the mature Alaskan tyrannosaurid skull to roughly 850–900 mm, implying an adult mass well above 1000 kg (comparable to Albertosaurus-grade tyrannosaurids). The stored maximum is also internally inconsistent with the stored 9 m maximum length.
