VERIFY:period_end_mya: stored=225 suggested=227 confidence=medium — Pampadromaeus comes from the Hyperodapedon Assemblage Zone of the Candelária Sequence, whose base yielded a U–Pb maximum depositional age of 233.23 ± 0.73 Ma and is placed firmly within the Carnian, with the taxon consistently referred to as late Carnian; a 225 Ma lower bound falls in the Norian and is not supported for this occurrence, so ~227 Ma (Carnian–Norian boundary) is the youngest defensible limit.
